One of the crazy ones because one day there will be judgement

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Why should we care and be one of the crazy ones who preaches the gospel to people who are lost? Because there is coming the darkest day in human history. It is the Great White Throne Judgement. During this day, all mankind that are not saved will stand before God. He will then ask if their name is found written in the Lamb’s Book of life. The answer will come back, no. God will then declare and tell them to cast each individual into the lake of fire for all eternity. The people standing here this day will be from all nations and tribes. There will be religious and non-religious alike. Some will have heard the gospel, but sadly, many who stand here this day will have never heard of Christ. As they are to be cast into the lake of fire, I can imagine them pleading with God and telling Him they did all they knew how to do . They were kind to people, they prayed, they did good works, but the answer will come back from God, “Depart from me for I never knew you!” As the angels come to cast them for all eternity into the lake of fire, I can hear them and see them looking to us Christians, standing on the outskirts watching this awful event happen and saying, “You knew this day was coming? You knew about Christ? Why did no one tell me?”

Millions upon millions of people will be like this. Shocked and saddened that they will be dying and going to the lake of fire. Hearing and knowing about this day should make us want to do something. That person sitting across from you right now, that co-worker, that family member, that neighbor, will all be cast into the lake of fire unless they hear the gospel. But not just those close to you, people all around the world are heading toward the Great White Throne Judgment and most do not even know it is coming! We should be willing to take the gospel to the ends of the earth. We should go and tell the unlovable and the people in hard to reach places about Christ! We should be crazy about Christ and His gospel message, because it is true and change our lives. Because it is true, people will die and go to hell and the lake of fire unless we do something about it! Let Revelation 20:15 ring in your ear each and every day. Let it move you to action because something must be done before it is eternally too late! The world may think you are crazy for what you are doing, but many will thank you on the day of judgment because instead of being cast into the lake of fire, they are in heaven because you gave your life to share the gospel! You stepped out and gave your life to missions so others might live!
