How to Stop the Spread of Islam?

Islam is spreading all over the world. Last week, we talked about reasons it is spreading and this week, I want to talk how we can stop the spread of Islam. But this article is not about what you think. It is about radically thinking to stop the spread of Islam. You cannot stop Islam with legislation, war, arguments or fighting. The only way is through the love of Christ! The way to stop the advance of Islam is through world evangelism! We must take the gospel to the Muslim world and as they hear the gospel and Christ works in their hearts and lives, they will come to Christ and their lives will be changed. So what can we as Christians do to evangelize the Muslim world?

1. We must be willing to leave behind everything and take the gospel to their countries! It is our duties as Christians to take the gospel to the whole world. We have been commanded to take the good news all around the world. We must give our lives to take the gospel to the Muslim world!
2. We must live among them! That means we must raise support, go to the foreign field and live among them. We must learn their language and culture in order to preach the gospel to them. Many are coming here and living among us so we can learn from them here, but we must go and take the gospel to their countries and live among them!
3. We must reach out to them! We must not be afraid of them. We must realize they are people just like us and are in need of the gospel. We must take the good news to them and show them the love of Christ! If we are not willing to love them, show them the love of Christ and preach the gospel to them, how will we ever reach them?
4. We must be willing to give up all for God! We must be willing to give our lives and everything we have to Him. We are bought with a price and He paid for our salvation on the cross. We should be willing to give up our own lives and take the gospel to the Muslim world. Everything we have is from God and we owe everything to Him. Our “reasonable service” is to give our lives and serve Him with our lives! If we want to see the Muslim world reached with the gospel we must realize it is not our life, but Christ’s and take the gospel to them.

The only way to stop the spread of Islam is through the spread of the gospel! We must take the gospel to the Muslim world! Will you consider giving up your dreams and life and take the gospel to Muslims who are lost and on their way to hell?
